We use your data to provide and improve our proxy services, process payments, send transactional emails, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your account plus 90 days after deletion. Proxy usage logs are retained for 30 days for billing and abuse prevention. Payment records are retained for 7 years per financial regulations.
4. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management (httpOnly, Secure). We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics, if enabled, use anonymized, server-side processing.
5. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing and may use cloud hosting providers (subject to DPA agreements). All sub-processors are listed and contractually required to maintain appropriate data protection standards.
