1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using SpyderProxy services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
2. Acceptable Use
SpyderProxy proxies may only be used for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include: accessing systems without authorization, scraping personal data without consent, spamming, DDoS attacks, bypassing geo-restrictions for illegal content, or any activity that violates applicable law.
3. Service Availability
We target 99.99% uptime on Scale and Enterprise plans. Starter and Growth plans target 99.5%. Planned maintenance is excluded from SLA calculations. Credits for downtime are issued automatically on verified incidents.
4. Billing & Refunds
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds for unused bandwidth are available within 48 hours of purchase. Pay-as-you-go credits are non-refundable once partially consumed.
5. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or upon valid legal requests. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard.
6. Liability Limitation
SpyderProxy's liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms with 14 days notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
